I admit that there are many fine dining places and restaurants with a variety of new and...trendy styles, but this time I really want to explore local food that is simple but has its own unique charm. So we both decided to start today with breakfast at Soto Sedaap Boyolali. The position of this place is not far from the junction between Diponegoro street and Maulana Yusuf street. Every morning this place is always crowded, soto chicken in thick gravy containing rice, chunks of vegetables, bean sprouts and tomatoes and another that adds to the sensation more savory and delicious and healthy from this soto is a piece of chicken meat that comes from organic chicken. There are several other complementary side dishes that are served separately to enjoy this soto dish, namely fried tempe with flour, perkedel or bacem tempe, and various satay, like quail egg satay, Then there is beef cingur satay which is a piece of beef nose which is satay with sweet and sour taste and the satay satay is boiled with various traditional spices of the island of Java bacem. Then there is the cow lung satay, beef brain satay and beef liver satay, but for beef brain beef and beef liver before being satayed the brain and beef liver is fried by wrapping it with eggs, so this egg will cover the brain and liver of the cow which is then pierced with a skewer made of bamboo. With all side dishes including tempe mendoan and bala-bala, will be great combination. Go there for your breakfast, lunch or dinner.
